Tina Glandian, Andrew and Tristan Tate's US attorney has said in her own words that she has been denied access to her clients and has been subjected to monitored phone calls, eliminating attorney-client privilege.
DIICOT first raided the home of Andrew and Tristan Tate on April 11, 2022, and has since then been investigating for nearly 11 months and have still yet to bring forth sufficient evidence for formal charges. According to Tate attorneys, the prosecutor has totally disregarded important pieces of evidence such as CCTV footage and messages that will clear the Tates of all charges. We suspect that all of this is being done to keep them locked up in jail, while Romanian authorities "investigate."
